A Strock’s specialty - with more than 20 years of family experience we have been able to perfect our roasting process, custom design the equipment we use and farm-raise the perfect pig. We then slow cook it over charcoal right before your eyes, slice it and serve it tender, hot and delicious.

The prices below are for the pig roasted on site for your enjoyment. They, of course, include all the condiments, bread, set-up, serving and clean-up. The price is dependent on the number of people.

51 to 99 persons $9.20/person
100 to 199 persons $6.90/person
Over 200 persons $5.20/person

Add two of Strocks homemade side dishes.

Add four side dishes from our wide selection.

Taxes and gratuity are not included in prices.  Surcharge of 3% for credit card payments.

All prices are based on 1 hour serving time, there may be additional costs for longer serving time.

A non-refundable deposit of $125.00 or 20% of larger orders is requested to reserve a date.
