All our entrees are charcoal roasted and slow cooked with Strock’s Farm Fresh Meats. All our meats are hormone-free and raised locally by Strock’s own experts. All prices are for entrees, rolls and condiments and are based on a minimum of 70 servings.  If you would like us to serve on-site, there is a service charge of $90.00. For parties under 70, please add a $40.00 roasting and delivery fee.

Whole Boneless Pork Loin: $6.55/person
Charcoal roasted one of three ways, with Strock’s Special blend of seasonings, Barbeque or with a tangy soy sauce marinade.

Super Hot Dogs and 6 Ounce Hamburgers: $6.50/person
An all-American favorite, service includes all the essentials: rolls, ketchup, mustard, relish, mayonnaise, tomato, lettuce and onion.
With Kielbasa or
Sweet Italian Sausage $8.25/person

Babyback Ribs: $8.50/person
