The Strock
family and their family business, Strock's Farm Fresh Meats and
Catering, has been serving the finest family meals since 1982.
They’ve always believed a meal was far more then just food. It was
family joining together, friends sharing good fortune, even a
celebration for no reason. Everything was farm fresh and bountiful, it’s
how we serve every meal. No tiny servings of some
impossible-to-pronounce fish that was caught half way around the world
then packed in dry ice. It’s the kind of meal where it’s okay to tuck a
napkin into your shirt. A full-tabled feast where you’re expected to eat
with your fingers and no one gets offended if you get barbeque sauce on
your face (although they may laugh a little).
